Tectum DachDesign is based in the village of Lędziny in Chrząstowice municipality, near Opole. Opole and Opole County are where most of our projects are: the roofs of a public building, a residential building with a green roof, single-family houses and a terraced housing development.

- Chmielowice - the roof of a modern single-family house with a wide parapet, prepared for three rows of photovoltaic panels.
Projects in Opole County
Outside the city we built flat roofs on several levels of a cubic-form house in Chrząstowice (rooflights, outlets, flashings), the roofs of successive units of a terraced housing development in Zawada, and the roof of a two-storey house with a garage in Kotórz Mały (thermal insulation and a membrane welded on the roof). All three were built while construction was under way, in step with the other trades.
Scope of work
On flat roofs in and around Opole we install PVC, TPO and EPDM membrane and torch-on bitumen coverings, thermal insulation (PIR, XPS, mineral wool, EPS), extensive and intensive green roofs, parapet flashings, service penetrations and drainage. We work with Bauder, Sika (Sarnafil) and Resitrix systems. We also carry out inspections, leak repairs and renovations of existing roofs.
