The development
A new development of terraced houses with flat roofs in Zawada near Opole. Successive units were built in stages, and we carried out the roofs in step with the construction progress.
Scope of work
- white synthetic membrane covering of the flat roofs,
- parapet and sheet-metal flashings,
- penetrations for vents and chimneys,
- roofs on several levels of the buildings.
Organisation
In terraced housing, the same details repeat on every unit. This repetition makes it possible to keep the same quality across the whole development and close successive roofs without holding up construction.
Result
Uniform white roofs on every unit of the development. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
