A modern cubic-form house in Chrząstowice, with flat roofs on several levels, a courtyard and a garden.
Scope of work
- synthetic membrane covering of the flat roofs,
- fitting and flashing of rooflights,
- roof drainage with outlets,
- parapet and sheet-metal flashings.
The challenge
Several separate roof areas, rooflights and a photovoltaic installation mean many details on a relatively small area. They are what decides the watertightness of a roof like this.
Result
Consistent, light-coloured roofs on every level of the building. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
