When bitumen makes sense
Torch-on bitumen works well when renovating existing bitumen coverings and on roofs exposed to mechanical damage.
Renovation without stripping - sometimes
If the substrate is dry and sound, the new covering can sometimes be laid over the existing one. We decide after the inspection, not before.
