When patching stops making sense
If leaks keep appearing in new places, the problem is usually not a single defect but the condition of the whole covering.
Checking the layers beneath
Before replacement we check whether the insulation under the covering is damp. Sealing wet insulation under a new membrane only postpones the problem.
A new covering
We use PVC, TPO or EPDM membranes in Bauder, Sika and Resitrix systems, with new flashings and penetrations. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system.
