Flat roofing in Będzin
Flat roofs for new apartment buildings in Będzin - light synthetic membrane, parapet flashings, penetrations for vents and rooflights, and roofs prepared for photovoltaics.
Two apartment buildings in the Gzichów district
In Będzin we built the flat roofs of two new four-storey apartment buildings in the Gzichów district. Both buildings received a uniform, light-coloured covering with neatly arranged penetrations and rows of photovoltaic panels.
Scope of work in Będzin
- light synthetic membrane covering on the flat roofs,
- parapet flashings around the roof perimeter,
- watertight penetrations for vents, chimneys and rooflights,
- preparing the roofs for a photovoltaic installation.
Preparing an apartment block roof for photovoltaics
Panels on a flat roof mean extra load and more penetrations through the covering. That is why it pays to prepare the roof for the installation while the covering is being laid - as on the buildings in Będzin, where rows of photovoltaic panels went up once our work was finished.
