§1 General provisions
- These Terms set out the rules for using the website tectum-dachdesign.pl (the "Website").
- The Website is operated by Tectum DachDesign sp. z o.o., ul. Akacjowa 5, Lędziny, 46-053 Chrząstowice, NIP 9910556911, REGON 529364617, KRS 0001121203 (the "Provider").
- By using the Website you accept these Terms.
§2 Scope of services
The Provider offers the following electronic services:
- information about our services and completed projects,
- handling of contact forms and requests.
Information on the Website is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The scope of work, price, schedule and warranty terms are agreed individually in a contract, after inspecting the building. The consultation is free; the quote is a paid service.
§3 Technical requirements
To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. To send a form you need an email address or phone number.
§4 Copyright
Content on the Website (texts, photos, graphics, logo) is protected by copyright and belongs to the Provider or is used with the permission of the rights holders. Copying or distributing it without the Provider's written consent is prohibited.
§5 Liability
The Provider makes every effort to keep the information on the Website up to date and accurate. The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons or for the content of external websites linked from the Website.
§6 Complaints
Complaints about the Website can be sent to biuro@tectum-dachdesign.pl. We reply within 14 days of receiving a complaint.
§7 Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
§8 Final provisions
- The Provider may amend these Terms. The current version is always available on the Website.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
