Execution
We carry out the roofing works with a focus on details: flashings, service penetrations and drainage, because that is where leaks most often start.
Handover and aftercare
We hand over the works together with you. On request we carry out periodic inspections, and we take failure reports 24/7.

What an extensive roof is
It is the lightest type of green roof: a thin substrate layer and low, hardy vegetation - usually sedum. It does not need regular watering or mowing.
What a green roof gives you
The vegetation layer retains part of the rainwater, shields the waterproofing from UV radiation and reduces roof heating in summer.
Greenery, energy and servicing on one roof
We divide the roof into zones: green fields, rows of photovoltaic panels and a technical zone with equipment. This way servicing the installations does not require walking on the vegetation.
