We hand over the works together with you. On request we carry out periodic inspections, and we take failure reports 24/7.

We start the layer design from how the roof will be used: whether it will carry photovoltaics, serve as a terrace or become a green roof. That determines the type of insulation, covering and drainage.
What the project includes
We build the full layer system - from vapour control and thermal insulation, through membrane or bitumen covering, to parapet flashings, service penetrations and drainage. We work with Bauder, Sika (Sarnafil) and Resitrix systems.
Why details matter most
Leaks rarely start in the middle of the roof. They usually begin at parapets, chimneys, vents and outlets. That is why we build and check these areas with particular care.
Warranty and aftercare
We provide a warranty of up to 15 years on the completed roof, depending on the system. After handover we can carry out periodic inspections, and we take failure reports 24/7.
