Load capacity comes first
A thicker substrate means a greater load. Before proposing a system, we assess the structural capacity. If it is insufficient, we say so before the quote, not after.
Waterproofing beneath the garden
Under a garden, reaching the waterproofing is practically impossible without removing the layers. That is why we treat building and checking it as the most important stage.
