A modern single-family house in the Chmielowice district of Opole, with a flat roof, a wide parapet, a garage and a terrace.
Scope of work
- light synthetic membrane covering of the flat roof,
- wide parapet and sheet-metal flashings,
- penetrations for vents and equipment,
- preparing the roof for a photovoltaic installation.
Result
A clean, light-coloured roof that carries three rows of photovoltaic panels and technical equipment without compromising the watertightness of the covering. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
