We carry out the roofing works with a focus on details: flashings, service penetrations and drainage, because that is where leaks most often start.

We hand over the works together with you. On request we carry out periodic inspections, and we take failure reports 24/7.

A roof that has to work for many units
The roof of a multi-family building usually has many penetrations: chimneys, vents, hatches, installations and, increasingly, photovoltaics. Each of them is a potential leak point, so the details matter more here than the area itself.
Working on an active site
On new developments we build the roof in parallel with other works: with a tower crane operating, scaffolding up and other trades on site. We coordinate the schedule with the general contractor so the roof protects the building from water as early as possible.
A building on several levels
Stepped buildings have roofs at different heights and junctions with the facade. We treat each such junction as a separate detail, not an add-on to the roof area.
What we use
We work with Bauder, Sika (Sarnafil) and Resitrix systems, with PVC, TPO or EPDM membranes selected for the building. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system.
