The building
A modern two-storey single-family house with a flat roof in Kotórz Mały, surrounded by pine forest. We built the main roof and the lower garage roof during construction, with scaffolding on the facade.
Scope of work
- laying thermal insulation,
- synthetic membrane covering welded on the roof,
- parapet and sheet-metal flashings,
- vent penetrations.
Result
A light-coloured, watertight roof over the house and garage, with parapet edging and tidy penetrations. Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
