Is the quote free of charge?
No. The consultation is free - we talk about the building, the condition of the roof and possible solutions. The quote is a paid service, prepared individually after inspecting the building. Only then is it reliable.

What warranty do you give on the roof?
What warranty do you give on the roof?
The warranty is up to 15 years and depends on the system used and the type of building. The exact terms are set out in the contract.

Which materials and systems do you work with?

We work with Bauder, Sika (Sarnafil) and Resitrix systems. We build coverings from PVC, TPO and EPDM membranes and torch-on bitumen, as well as green roofs. We select the insulation for the building: PIR, XPS, mineral wool or EPS.

We carry out works across southern Poland. The company is based in Lędziny (Chrząstowice municipality, Opole Voivodeship), with a branch in Głogówek. You can find our projects in Opole, Gliwice, Będzin and Krapkowice, among other places.

Sometimes yes, but the inspection decides: the condition of the substrate, moisture in the insulation and the load capacity of the structure. If the old layers are wet, they have to be removed - otherwise the moisture gets trapped in the roof.
