The buildings
Two new four-storey apartment buildings in the Gzichów district of Będzin, surrounded by newly landscaped grounds with parking and a forest in the background.
Scope of work
- light synthetic membrane covering of the flat roofs,
- parapet flashings around the roof perimeter,
- watertight penetrations for vents, chimneys and rooflights,
- preparing the roofs for a photovoltaic installation.
Result
Uniform, light-coloured roofs on both buildings, with tidy penetrations and rows of photovoltaic panels. Warranty on the covering of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
