The building
A new multi-family building in Krapkowice, next to existing housing-estate development. We carried out the roof in parallel with the other works on site - with a tower crane operating and scaffolding on the facades.
Scope of work
- synthetic membrane covering of the flat roof,
- parapet and sheet-metal flashings,
- penetrations for vents and installations,
- preparing the roof for a photovoltaic installation.
Organisation
Working on an active construction site means coordinating with the general contractor: crane deliveries of materials, protecting the roof from other trades and closing stages so the roof protects the building from water as early as possible.
Result
A watertight roof closed at the shell stage, ready for the photovoltaic installation. Warranty on the covering of up to 15 years, depending on the system used.
